Vol. 4 No. 2 (2026): QCU The Gavel: Journal of Business and Social Sciences
QCU The Gavel: Journal of Business and Social Sciences, Volume 4, Issue No. 2 (2026) brings together studies that examine how institutions, communities, and public policies respond to changing social, educational, environmental, and organizational realities. Guided by the theme “People, Policy, and Progress for a More Inclusive and Sustainable Society,” this issue highlights research on public-sector practices, educational opportunities, community development, tourism and local economic activity, and environmental conservation.
The articles in this issue reflect the interconnected nature of contemporary social challenges—from the alignment of professional training and organizational practice in public institutions, to the role of scholarship programs in students’ academic experiences, the contribution of cultural activities to local development, and community awareness and participation in biodiversity conservation. Collectively, these studies demonstrate how evidence-based inquiry can inform policy, strengthen institutions, empower communities, and contribute to more responsive and sustainable development.
