Current Issue
The January–June 2025 issue of QCU The Gavel: Journal of Business and Social Sciences features research that speaks to governance as it is lived—through public services, education systems, community contexts, and enterprise environments. The articles explore how institutions perform, how stakeholders adopt and trust innovations, and how communities and organizations respond to risks and changing demands, emphasizing that good governance is both evidence-driven and people-centered.
Within these pages are studies that surface timely themes for policy and practice: service quality and digital engagement, technology use in learning, public accountability, environmental awareness, and resilience planning for local industries. We offer this issue as a resource for students, practitioners, and leaders seeking grounded insights that can inform better decisions, stronger systems, and more responsive public service.
